great central access to parks and landmarks in chicago

I loved staying here because i could walk to millennium park in under 20 minutes and the art institute was just a little further away. it really made exploring the city on foot a joy for my family.

The Courtyard offered a great location, allowing easy access to various restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring all my business needs were met efficiently. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to unwind after the day’s meetings.

The noise from outside streets was disruptive at night.

Had an awesome time on our group trip! We spent our days checking out the Art Institute and Millennium Park. The room was perfect, spacious, and had a great view. Staff was super friendly, and location was ideal for walking everywhere. Just a heads-up, food options at the lobby are limited.

Our only issue was the noise from the street at night. it was pretty loud. Even though earplugs were provided, they weren't enough for a good night's sleep.

Had a solid experience. The staff here were seriously attentive. they allowed us to check in early, and that made all the difference after a long drive. Also, the cozy room felt safe even after dark, which is key when you're with kids.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering everything, it was still acceptable.

The pool was fantastic, clean, and warm. The workout area is well-equipped and bright, perfect for early risers. Enjoyed the prime location, close to everything and convenient for walking! The nice little touches like complimentary water brought a smile to my face.

stayed at the courtyard for 3 nights and loved the location! it's super close to the river and city center, making it easy to grab an uber or head out for dinner. the king room with sofa bed was spacious, and the bed was really comfy. plus, they provided a coffee maker, which was a nice touch.

I loved the hotel's prime location near attractions like Michigan Avenue, making it easy to explore the city. My room was comfortable for our family, and we had a great experience using the pool and hot tub facilities. Our stay was wonderful, thanks to the caring staff. Jaylin personally escorted us to our room and offered water, while Igor's warmth made us feel at home. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the friendly valet service enhanced our experience. Highly recommend!
